What are Check in & Check out times?

Check in begins at 4:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM

Do you allow smoking on the property or in rooms?

Our Hotel property is entirely Non-Smoking

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit equal to one night stay plus taxes is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card shortly after making your reservation. It is non-refundable if you do not cancel by 3 pm Eastern Standard Time 7 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance for the entire stay is due the day of arrival. Bookings first made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged in full for the entire stay the day of booking. ID must match credit card on file.

If you must cancel, please do so by 3 PM Eastern Standard Time at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid the 1-night cancellation charge.

Do you allow pets?

We do not permit pets of any kind (excluding ADA approved service animals). Any non-ADA approved service animal will be charged a $175.00 cleaning fee. We have the right to refuse service without refund due to disruptive behavior (Barking, jumping on other guest, pets not being on leash, not cleaning up waste after your animal, etc.). We also reserve the right to charge you for any damage occurred as result of your pet.

Is Wi-fi Complimentary?

WI-FI is complimentary. This does not include guaranteed high-speed Internet at all times. Streaming movies, video conferencing, gaming, and other applications might encounter difficulties, especially at peak times. Guests might experience WI-FI blackouts periods for diverse reasons. We do not guarantee Wi-Fi coverage in all areas of the hotel.

Is parking free?

Yes, but only one car per room. Large Pick-up Trucks and SUVs might not be able to park inside the hotel parking.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. The pool is open from 10am to 6pm.

Are you beach front?

Yes, you can walk from our property directly to the beach, there are no streets to cross.

How much do you charge for the beach chaise lounges, umbrellas, tables, and beach towels?

Our amenities on the beach are complimentary for the exclusive use of our guests and are available from 9 am - 5 pm. We will allow residents of neighboring condos to rent chairs for $20.00 per day. We do not offer our amenities to guests of other hotels.

Do you have barbecue grills?

Yes, we have two complimentary gas barbecue grills for the use of our guests.

Do your rooms have kitchens?

Yes, we have fully equipped kitchens in all of our studio, apartment, and suite units. Dish washing may be requested as part of the daily housekeeping for a $25.00 daily fee. There is a penalty of $40 for not washing your dishes.

Do you recycle?

Yes, and we encourage our guests to recycle. Bin location is available to our guests at check in.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

The minimum age requirement to check in is 21.

Is my ID/Passport required to check into my room?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

All major credit cards are accepted and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Do you have breakfast?

Yes we are serving a Grab - N - Go continental Breakfast

Do you provide coffee?

Yes, we have free coffee, tea bags and fruit in the lobby. We also have coffee and tea in the rooms.

Is the Hotel doing a renovation?

No, Renovations finished in December 2019.

Do you have an elevator?

We do not have an elevator. Please let us know if you need assistance with your luggage at check in and check out.

What is complementary at the hotel?

Parking for one car; high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property including the beach; beach lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas and tables; barbecue grills; coffee, tea bags & fruit in the lobby; telephone calls; 2 bottles of water in your room daily; and, of course, a warm welcome.
